Notes

'Eirene’s Love' peony (Paeonia 'Eirene’s Love') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The pink semi-double to double flowers face upward and have frilled guard petals. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Stems stand upright, so you do not need to stake them.

Pairs well with Wide Brim hosta, Stella de Oro daylily, Queen of Night tulip, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
