Notes

'Embraceable Pink' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Embraceable Pink') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant pink blooms have a cream center and open in early summer. Each stem carries 3-4 buds, and the flowers hold up well when cut. William Henry Krekler bred it in 2000.

Pairs well with Scentara Double Blue lilac, Musk mallow, and Spanish bluebell.
