Notes
'Erda' peony (Paeonia 'Erda') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Single flowers open creamy white, fade to white, and are fragrant. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Bees and butterflies visit the blooms.
Pairs well with Lungwort, Cheerfulness daffodil, Sedge, and First Frost hosta.
