'Exotica' begonia (Begonia brevirimosa 'Exotica') is a houseplant for containers, indoor displays, and shady patios. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 11 and warmer, down to about 40°F (4°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun to full shade and dry soil. Large bronze-green leaves have a metallic look and bright pink veining, and they can reach 12 inches long. Pink flowers can appear throughout the year.
