Notes

Eyelash begonia (Begonia bowerae) is a perennial for borders, containers, and ground cover. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It stays about 12 inches tall and keeps its leaves all year.

Pairs well with Stromanthe, Prince of Orange philodendron, Jessenia pothos, and Amazonlily.
