Notes
'Ezra Pound' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Ezra Pound') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The blooms blend light pink with purple flares. Its waxy, deep green foliage looks good all season. William H. Gratwick III bred it, and it blooms alongside other moutans.
Pairs well with Weigela, Carnaval De Nice tulip, and Tall fescue.
