Notes

'Fairy Pink' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Fairy Pink') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Soft light pink petals form an irregular double row around pale gold centers. The stems are extra stiff, and the flowers open in early summer. Alonzo B. Franklin bred it.

Pairs well with Wild geranium, Orange daylily, and Royal fern.
