'Fandango' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Fandango') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Plant it where it has room to grow and you can enjoy the blooms up close.

Pairs well with Moonshine yarrow, Heather, Blue grama, and Stargazer lily.
