'Fantasy Mixture' zinnia (Zinnia elegans 'Fantasy Mixture') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, loamy soil. It grows fast and stands erect, and it is drought tolerant. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything.
Pairs well with Diablo cosmos, Sylphid celosia, and Red fescue.
