Notes

'Fidelity' peony (Paeonia 'Fidelity') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The single, fragrant flowers have a lovely salmon flesh color, and bees and butterflies visit them. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Miss Mary Eliza Blacklock bred it.

Pairs well with Moonshine yarrow, Little bluestem, Limelight hydrangea, and Stargazer lily.
