Notes

'Flame White' garden phlox (Phlox paniculata 'Flame White') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It blooms from early to late summer, and the flowers are fragrant. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Coneflower, Dense blazing star, Plum Royale coral bells, and Stella de Oro daylily.
