Notes
'Flamingo Purple' celosia (Celosia argentea 'Flamingo Purple') is an annual for borders, containers, and accents. It is tender to cold, and the first hard frost will kill it. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy or loamy soil. It grows fast and stays 2 to 5 inches tall. Butterflies and bees visit the red, pink, and purple blooms. Deer tend to pass it by.
Pairs well with California Giants zinnia, Cornel dahlia, and Chocolate daisy.
