Notes
'Frosted Rose' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Frosted Rose') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The cupped rose-pink blooms open in mid to late spring and have a silvery sheen that gives them a frosted look. Stiff stems hold the flowers up above dark green foliage.
Pairs well with Incrediball Storm Proof smooth hydrangea, Sedge, and Grape hyacinth.
