Notes
'Galaxian' gladiolus (Gladiolus colvillei 'Galaxian') is a bulb for cut flowers, borders, and butterfly gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun. The flowers look like bicolor butterflies and bloom from early to late summer. Bulbs need good drainage, so plant them where water drains away. Leave the foliage in place after bloom to feed the bulb.
Pairs well with May Night salvia, Greig's tulip, and Tarragon.
