'Gernic' crane's-bill (Geranium 'Gernic') is a perennial for borders, edging, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It bears double violet-blue flowers in early to mid summer. The clump grows 18 to 24 inches tall and wide, so give it room to spread.
Pairs well with Rainbow's End hosta, Spiderwort, and Stargazer lily.
