Notes

'Globosa Nana' Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica 'Globosa Nana') is a shrub for borders, specimen planting, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It stays evergreen, tolerates salt, and grows at a moderate pace to about 35 to 47 inches tall and wide. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Give it room to grow into its conical shape.

Pairs well with September Charm anemone, Fountain grass, and Daffodil.
