Notes
'Glorious Sound' peony (Paeonia 'Glorious Sound') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Early blooming semi-double flowers are pastel pink, fragrant, and face upward. Swenson Gardens bred it, and the upright stems need no support. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.
Pairs well with Guacamole hosta, Western sword fern, and Pink Impression tulip.
