Notes

'Glory of June' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Glory of June') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The Japanese type flowers are large, with rosy pink guard petals and creamy orange, citron, and pink petaloids in the center. It stays short, so it fits well near the front of a bed. Kelway bred it.

Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Black Hero tulip, and Pussytoes.
