Notes

'Grand Massive' peony (Paeonia 'Grand Massive') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant white flowers are cup-shaped and semi-double, with yellow filaments at the center. Professor Harald Fawkner bred it, and it blooms early. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Fragrant Bouquet hosta, Limelight hydrangea, Black Parrot tulip, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
