Notes

'Greenspire' small-leaved lime (Tilia cordata 'Greenspire') is a tree for pollinator gardens, hedges, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. It grows at a moderate rate with an erect shape. Its summer flowers draw bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds, and it tolerates drought once settled.

Pairs well with Autumn Blaze maple, Incrediball Storm Proof smooth hydrangea, Big Daddy hosta, and Spanish bluebell.
