Notes
'Hedgehog' cedar of lebanon (Cedrus libani 'Hedgehog') is a tree for specimen planting, accent, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows slowly into a dense, low mound that stays evergreen all year. The plant is also drought tolerant once established.
Pairs well with Jack pine, Feather reed grass, Sedge, and Prickly-pear.
