Notes
'Herrenhausen' oregano (Origanum laevigatum 'Herrenhausen') is an herb for borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy or loamy soil. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall and wide. Purple pink flowers open from early summer to early autumn and attract butterflies. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.
