Notes

'High Adventure' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'High Adventure') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Walter Marx bred it. The silvery pink double flowers have a silver edge, open flat, and build up with age. The stems can be a little lax, so you may want to stake them.

Pairs well with Knapweed, Ostrich fern, Shrub rose, and Picture tulip.
