Notes
'High Five' spiked speedwell (Veronica spicata 'High Five') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, loamy soil. It forms a clumping mound and blooms in violet blue from early to late summer. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Paris coral bells, Apricotta cosmos, and Gladiator ornamental onion.
