Notes

'Highlander Bolero' delphinium (Delphinium elatum 'Highlander Bolero') is a perennial for borders and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Cut off spent flower spikes and it will bloom again on side spikes in late summer and fall. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Keep the soil from drying out in summer.

Pairs well with Coneflower, Willow bell, Baby's breath, and Henryi clematis.
