Notes

'Honeycomb' wand butterflybush (Buddleja weyeriana 'Honeycomb') is a shrub for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and most soil types. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Its yellow blooms have orange eyes and are fragrant. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers, and the plant tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Mountain mint, and Viburnum.
