Notes

'Honeysweet' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Honeysweet') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its white, rose type blooms have golden reflex petals and a sweet scent. The plants grow tall, and Alonzo B. Franklin bred it in 1923.

Pairs well with Meadowsweet, Sedge, and Grape hyacinth.
