Notes

'Hoosier Ann' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Hoosier Ann') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, globular double blooms are light lilac pink and open in late spring. Strong stems of medium height hold the flowers up well. R.H. Jones bred it.

Pairs well with Ostrich fern, Sedge, Little Beauty tulip, and New Jersey tea.
