Notes

'Hot and Spicy' oregano (Origanum 'Hot and Spicy') is an herb for borders, containers, rock gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy soil. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows 12 to 18 inches tall and stays fragrant and drought tolerant. White to purple-pink flowers open from early to late summer and attract butterflies and bees.

Pairs well with Cheddar pink, Heath aster, and Lemon balm.
