Notes

'Ibis' common hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis 'Ibis') is a bulb for borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It forms a clumping, fragrant mound about 10 inches tall with light blue-pink flowers in early to late spring. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Black Parrot tulip, Wide Brim hosta, and Blue grama.
