Notes
'Ice Blue' clematis (Clematis 'Ice Blue') is a vine for containers, specimen planting, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. It grows 6 to 8 feet high and bears huge white flowers with a hint of palest blue in early summer. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It blooms again in summer with slightly smaller, whiter flowers.
Pairs well with Incrediball hydrangea, Little bluestem, and Black-eyed Susan.
