Notes

'Indian Summer' raspberry (Rubus idaeus 'Indian Summer') is a shrub for food gardens, hedges, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its arching canes bloom in spring and summer, and butterflies, bees, and birds visit the flowers. Deer tend to pass it by. Give the canes room to arch.

Pairs well with Empire apple, Serviceberry, Calendula, and Coralbells.
