Notes

'Ivory Sunshine' peony (Paeonia 'Ivory Sunshine') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Roy G. Klehm bred it, and it bears softly fragrant, single ivory yellow blooms with red stigmas. The upright stems reach 26 inches and do not need support.

Pairs well with Empress Wu hosta, Pale purple coneflower, and Limelight hydrangea.
