'Jiang Nan Yue Ming' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Jiang Nan Yue Ming') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The semi-double white flowers have a slight blush pink undertone and are fragrant. They face upward and open in mid to late spring. The upright plants reach about 31 inches and do not need support.
