Notes

'Joyful Blush' peony (Paeonia 'Joyful Blush') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Roger F. Anderson bred it. Its semi-double light pink blooms have salmon-pink flares and open on upright stems that need no support. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with American Gold Rush black-eyed Susan, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Sum and Substance hosta.
