Notes
'Joyful Dancing' peony (Paeonia 'Joyful Dancing') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Fragrant pink blooms have narrow, frilled petals with watermelon-red flares, and the upright stems need no support.
Pairs well with Blue Angel hosta, Phantom panicle hydrangea, Sedge, and Queen of Night tulip.
