Notes
'Judgement of Paris' peony (Paeonia 'Judgement of Paris') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its fragrant, light-pink, semi-double flowers have ruffled guard petals and open early. The upright plants need no support. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits.
Pairs well with Blue Mouse Ears hosta, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Stargazer lily.
