Notes

'Judy Anne' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Judy Anne') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its rose-pink blooms open in early to mid summer. The heavy, compact flowers can measure 10 inches or more when cut from well established plants. Gilbert H. Wild & Son bred it in 1964.

Pairs well with Grape hyacinth, Cinnamon fern, and Brown-eyed Susan.
