Notes

'Karl Ploberger' rose (Rosa 'Karl Ploberger') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Its fragrant, light yellow flowers open from early to late summer and attract bees. The upright habit and dark green leaves suit a mixed bed. Tim-Hermann Kordes bred it in 2008.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Wild geranium, and Clematis.
