Notes
'Kasmino Requois' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Kasmino Requois') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The mid season flowers have a Japanese form and are dark Tyrian pink. Pink-tinged staminodes surround yellow filaments in the center. The plant is medium size and spreads, so give it room.
Pairs well with Western sword fern, Pink Impression tulip, and Creeping juniper.
