'Kelway’s Circe' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Kelway’s Circe') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double flowers are a rosy peach color. Plants reach about 31 inches tall, so place it where it can stand out in the bed.
