Notes
'Kelway’s Exquisite' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Kelway’s Exquisite') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double flowers are cherry-rose and tipped white. Their layered petals and rich color make a bold show in a border. You can cut the blooms for a vase indoors.
Pairs well with Blazing star, Sedge, Cheerfulness daffodil, and Hollyhock.
