'Kelway’s Rosemary' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Kelway’s Rosemary') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The flowers are delicate rose-pink with a silvery sheen. A tuft of lighter color in the center is ringed by golden anthers. The blooms have a spicy scent.
