Notes
'Kenny' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Kenny') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The blooms are white with salmon-pink shading, so they make a soft show in the garden and look lovely in a vase. Luigi Casoretti bred this cultivar. Plant it where you can enjoy the flowers up close.
Pairs well with Blue Mouse Ears hosta, September Charm anemone, and Stargazer lily.
