Notes
'Kintzley's Ghost' grape honeysuckle (Lonicera reticulata 'Kintzley's Ghost') is a shrub for borders, pollinator gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Tight yellow flowers sit inside large, silvery-white bracts that look like eucalyptus. The white bracts last through fall and cup red berries. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal.
Pairs well with Mountain laurel, Indian grass, and Stargazer lily.
