Notes
'La Gloire' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'La Gloire') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Jean Van Geert bred it, and the large blooms make fine cut flowers.
Pairs well with Lady's mantle, Switchgrass, and Stargazer lily.
