Notes

'Lady Eleanor' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Lady Eleanor') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large, double rose flowers are a bright pink, close to the color of Walter Faxon. Tall, strong stems hold the blooms upright, and the flowers have a wonderful perfume. Rolph bred it.

Pairs well with Great blue lobelia, Woolly yarrow, and Rose.
