Notes

'Lady Phelia' rose (Rosa 'Lady Phelia') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Medium pink blooms are fragrant and appear from early to late summer. Bees visit the flowers. George L. Thomson bred it in 2004.

Pairs well with Wild geranium, Blue fescue, and Lily.
