Notes

'Laurel Wreath' peony (Paeonia 'Laurel Wreath') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant double flowers open lime green and fade to lime green and yellow, and bees and butterflies visit them. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. The upright stems need no support.

Pairs well with Golden Tiara hosta, Quick Fire panicle hydrangea, Picture tulip, and Christmas fern.
