Notes

'Lavender Pink' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Lavender Pink') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large, full rose-type blooms open in late spring in a lilac or lilac-pink color. Strong stems hold the flowers upright on vigorous plants. Alonzo B. Franklin bred it.

Pairs well with Gooseneck loosestrife, Smooth aster, and Garlic chives.
